Little America features two distinct pools for your enjoyment. The iconic, half-indoor, half-outdoor pool offers stunning views of the downtown skyline and is open year-round. (The seasonal outdoor pool won’t be open in February ’27!) The hotel also offers spacious fit-ness facilities located adjacent to the 2nd-floor pool offering state-of-the-art machines and an open environment with natural light; as well as two onsite restaurants, one coffee shop and two shops. Guests can also frequent outlets in the sister property across the street which includes one restaurant, tea time, three bars and four shops.
From Salt Lake City International Airport, you have several options to complete the final part of your trip to Little America: taxi and rideshare services are available, and the local TRAX light rail system's Green Line will drop you off less than one block from Little America at the "Courthouse Station."
RESERVATIONS
Individual reservations may be made by calling (801) 596-5772 or online at https://reservations.travelclick.com/4650?groupID=5133847 . In order to be eligible for the group rate, reservations must be made prior to the reservation cut-off date – before midnight Monday, January 25, 2027. At the time of the reservation, a valid credit card or a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax must be provided as a form of guarantee. After the cut-off date, reservation requests and contracted accommodations are subject to availability and the prevailing rates.

Rates are net, non-commissionable and do not include applicable taxes, subsidies, housing fees or other charges that may be required.
The current room tax rate is 17.52%, subject to change without notice. All other hotel purchases may be subject to sales tax. Porterage and maid gratuities are at guests’ discretion.
DAILY AND OVERNIGHT SELF-PARKING
Daily event parking: $7 for 12 hours and $10 for full day; overnight $18 per night plus tax. Parking rates are subject to change without notice. **No cash accepted at gate.** Lost ticket fee: $50.00.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in Time: 3 pm | Check-out Time: 11 am. Guests arriving before 3 pm will be accommodated as rooms are available.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES (may have service charge and tax additional and are subject to change):
Porterage: $11 per person round trip. Room drop delivery/bellstand: $5 per room for two items or less; $1 for each additional item. Inbound guest box handling: $10 each for small-medium box, additional for oversized or heavy items. Refrigerator, microwave or DVD player: $20 each, one time charge for duration of stay. Group voicemail message: first 10 free; $1.50 per room per message.
