In order to be eligible for the group rate, reservations must be made prior to the reservation cut-off date – before midnight Sunday, January 30, 2026. Be sure to ask for "AABI Accreditation Seminar" or Group Code ABI. At the time of the reservation, a valid credit card or a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax must be provided as a form of guarantee. After the cut-off date, reservation requests and contracted accommodations are subject to availability and the prevailing rates.

Check-in, Check-out Times
Check-in Time: 4 pm | Check-out Time: 11 am. Guests arriving before the scheduled time will be accommodated as rooms are available. The front desk will assist with luggage storage in the event rooms are not ready to be occupied.
Early Departure and Reservation Cancellation
In the event a guest who has requested a room with the group block checks out prior to his or her reserved departure date, the hotel will add an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. Guests can use the calendar inside the link/landing page to adjust arrival and departure dates.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty provided the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the guest’s arrival date. If a reservation cancels less than 48 hours prior to the guest’s arrival date, or if the guest fails to show on the day of arrival, a charge equal to the first night’s room and tax will be placed on the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. If a deposit was collected, the deposit will be forfeited. Failing to call or show before 2:00 am after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations must be submitted before midnight Sunday, January 30, 2026, to take advantage of the early registration rate. If you need to cancel, let us know by January 30. Refunds made after January 30 will be charged an administrative fee of $75. We’re sorry, but refunds will NOT be possible for registration cancellations after February 6.
