AABI is a proud member of CHEA’s Specialized/National Advisory Panel (S/NAP)

Winter Meeting
February 17-21, 2014
Auburn, AL USA

Hosted by Auburn University

What a success! AABI members and guests truly enjoyed the Winter Meeting in Auburn – our goals were set high, but with the help of our speakers and presenters, our outcomes were achieved!

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, members and staff, we convey our sincere gratitude for such strong meeting participation from industry and academia. Our efforts are critical for the future of the next generation of aviation professionals. This is a pivotal time for the organization and we are committed to working diligently with our members to assure collegiate aviation education continues to flourish – for the industry, for parents and students, and for the public-at-large.

A heart-felt thank you is extended for everyone’s commitment to making this an extraordinary event. The sponsors and donors who extended their services and contributions were key in the unqualified success of the conference, and the meeting truly exceeded our expectations!

RAA’s Flight Technology Committee held its meetings concurrently with AABI’s meeting offering a wonderful opportunity for further collaboration between all constituencies. The panel discussion on the Industry Pilot Supply and Demand was informative and the RAA Flight Deck Automation Panel on the Use and Training in Highly Automated Aircraft Flight Decks was insightful. Our thanks to RAA for this mutually beneficial alliance.

Thank you again for your dedication and continued support. We look forward to seeing you in Nashville, Music City USA at the 2014 Annual Meeting, July 14-18. The meeting will be hosted by Middle Tennessee State University – plan now to attend!
